Our building management was very firm in saying that we could not install any type of wall after we had signed the lease even though our leasing agent had told us we could. We contacted The Wall Factory and they presented a great idea to management and when all was said and done, we were allowed to put up a room divider. The Wall Factory created a partition that used no sheet-rock or framing studs but was not a bookshelf wall. It looks great and to my knowledge we were the first customer to get this type of partition. Thanks guys for making our living experience a good one and for being creative in solving our problems.

The customer service was fantastic. I emailed The Wall Factory on a Friday evening at 11pm and they got back to me in less then 5-minutes with a price for my wall. Three days later I came home to a beautiful wall that they had installed and finally a response from two of their competitors I had email on Friday as well. Sorry guys, the early bird gets the worm and The Wall Factory was right on time and at a great price. I will recommend you to several of my friends who are looking to have a wall installed. Highly recommended! We had such a great experience to work with a wonderful team. From start to execution, The Wall Factory team were true professionals, never late, and very polite. On the day of the installation, the team arrived 15 min earlier and that's with a snowstorm a day before! The wall came out flawless, you'd never guess it is a "fake" wall as it looks and feels real. They painted it beige to match the rest of the walls. The french door we've chosen was a great touch too. The crew cleaned up everything after the job was done (it took them exactly 8 hours to put the wall up). Thumbs up! Don't even bother looking for shady wall companies online - The Wall Factory is exactly what you need.

I contacted almost all of the wall companies I found in a google search for pressurized walls and The Wall Factory was one of the last I contacted. I wish I had contacted them first as it would have saved me lots of time since the customer service and professionalism was just wonderful. They responded within a few minutes of my email and gave me all the answers I was looking for. From start to finish, everything went as planned and the wall looks just like the other walls in my apartment. It was very easy for me to rent out the new room that was created by the wall that The Wall Factory built since it is sturdy and as soundproof as the rest of the walls in the apartment. My husband and I had The Wall Factory install a wall to create a nursery for our new baby due in April. I was worried about any fumes or hazardous materials but the manager promised me that The Wall Factory uses no harmful materials. They even used a special paint that had no fumes and disposable drop cloths when they learned we were expecting a child. Very cool people to work with and a beautiful room with french door is now ready for our new arrival. Thank you guys for everything!
